i have checked with Mr Ting, the sch is celebrating CNY on 11 Feb, monday. old boys n old girls r most welcome to visit us!! =)
on CNY eve, 6 Feb, it's half sch day for NYPS, so do check with the respective teachers if u r thinking of dropping a visit to them on that day.
well well, so much said, how many of u wanna come on the 11th? any time or any place to meet? up to u all, jus keep the suggestions coming. i m the form teacher of 2L, so most likely i wil stay with the class thru out the celebration. i think it's morning hall, afternoon back to class(hilltop 3rd level, left wing). the P2 r very very the cute!! wait til u have the chance to meet them. =)

the New Year, the Sch Term ~ 新年新气象！
hi hi dear ple,
first of all, congrats on moving onto year 2~!! =) how does it feel??
couldn't help to think back on my own sch daze in NY Girls.. ;p
this year i have requested to come down to the lower primary to teach.
eversince i entered NYPS in July 2003, i was only in the lower primary
for 1yr, the rest of the time is either in P5 or 6. time to make a change!
m teaching 1 class of P2 Chinese, that's my form class, quite cute, i shld
say. =) n then, 13 classes of music! all the P2 music is taken by me, coz
MOE wants the lower primary music lessons to b in Mandarin, therefore
the sch has asked me to take over the whole level, cool...!! ;) do love
to teach them singing n music stuff, though 13 classes of them can b quite
a challenge too!
well, so far so good. talk to u all more abt it next time. how r things on your
end? hope all's going on well too. okie, stay cheerful n march on!! cya! =)

Merry Christmas & a Happy New Year & hopefully a Wonderful Sch Reopen!! =)

Christmas, the birth of Christ(thus "Christ" and "mas"), also marks the day when we entered into the last week of each year.
how have your past year been? hope its a great one! full of new experiences in the sec sch, making new friends n studying new subjects n getting into new CCAs etc etc.. n wishing for u all that the coming year of Sec 2 wil b as great n wonderful!
no matter how things change, how time flows by, may the friendships among u never withers but grows stronger fr year to year!
have a wonderful 2008 ahead! cheers! =)

Back to Singapore!! n Happy Hols!! =)
dear ple,
seems it's hols for u all! that's great!
m jus back from China last friday, after being away for 40daze!
whew.. it's the longest time i stayed in China, so far! =)
thank God, all the 12 students r kept safe, n we did have a good
time there, though it's quite tiring for us 2 teachers.. nonethelss,
m glad i went for this trip. yup! ;p
hi, guys n gals, any concrete plans for this hols? other than trainings
n trainings n such? hope can meet up some time!

Greetings from Su Zhou, China!!!

how are you since we last met on the net? =)
i m now in Su Zhou, tending to the 12 students on the 2 months immersion prog,
the one which Tim n Ivan n Zai n Jay went for in year 2005, rem? =)
btw, my MOE account has been suspended, wil only work again in a mth's time, n
i can't go to the blog to read your comments too, coz they dun allow blogspot here.
so far so good, the 12 r enjoying themselves here. me n the other teacher, Mr Lee
Kin Leong are taking care of them til 2 Nov, when they return to Singapore.
hope to hear more fr u, esp the 4 who have been to such a prog in China too. anyway,

Happy Children's Day n China News...!!!
dear ple,
i know it's Sec sch for u all now, i know u all can't b considered as "children" anymore, teenagers rather, BUT, being your teacher in primary sch, stil wanna wish u all a wonderful merry happy Children's Day!! =) perhaps in the eyes of us teachers, u all wil never really grow up.. the images of u all as my P5 n P6 kids r stil as vivid as ever... heehee.. :)
well, so much for the " mushy" stuff, another piece of news.. i wil b flying China next monday, back 2 Nov. wil b going Su Zhou to look after 12 P5 students there, who r on the 2mths immersion prog, the one Tim n Ivan n Zai n Jay went before, rem? ;p
well, Mrs Tang called me up the other day, asking me whether i can go, as they do need teacher there. much after considerations n consulting my SGH doc, the green light is given. yup, sure hope can have a good n safe n wonderful trip there, n back to tell u all more abt the trip on this blog. =) pls pray for my safty n my health n walk with God ya? thanks!
